Brand & website design for a Tech Consultancy

ALL3 brand & website project

Looking for a brand and website that reflects who you've become, not who you used to be?

When ALL3 came to me, they weren't short of clarity about their work. They just weren't sure their website said any of it.

The brief started simply enough, they wanted a new website. But the real starting point, as it so often is, came from a single question.

What don't you like about your current website?

The colours felt wrong, the fonts and imagery were dated, and the logo, well, they weren't convinced by it, but for now, they wanted to keep it.

That was enough to tell me this wasn't really a website project. It was a branding project too.

The challenge

ALL3 is a strategic tech consultancy, and their offer is built on connecting the dots that other consultancies leave scattered. Their site needed to do the same.

The challenge was to:

  • Uncover the identity sitting underneath the surface, not just refresh the surface itself

  • Create a visual language that felt as joined up as their consultancy approach

  • Bring consistency to colour, tone and imagery across every page

  • Decide, honestly, whether the existing logo still belonged

For a consultancy built on trust and independent thinking, every visual choice needed to earn its place.

Our approach

I suggested a brand discovery session, and rather than run it remotely, I visited their offices.

There's something you can't get from a call. The feel of the building, the energy in the rooms, the way the team spoke with each other. All of it fed into the brand.

We talked at length about their ideal client, their competitors and where they genuinely stood apart. Then we ran a brand mapping session together, using branding cards to draw out the qualities that made ALL3, ALL3.

From those conversations, a clear picture started to form.

Turning insight into direction

Everything discussed in the session was pulled together into a single document, capturing the values, tone and personality that had come out of the day.

From there, I built a mood board, bringing together fonts, colours and imagery that reflected what we'd uncovered.

Once approved, this became the foundation for the homepage and an inner page design, built to show ALL3 exactly how their new brand would look and feel in practice.

The logo moment

I added their existing logo into the new designs, largely to be thorough. It didn't work, and it never would have.

Normally, I wouldn't approach it this way round, logo first is rarely the right order. But ALL3 needed to see it for themselves before they'd fully believe it.

Once they saw the new brand direction sitting alongside the old logo, the decision made itself. I designed a new logo, one that finally matched the strength of everything around it.

The outcome

The result is a brand and website that finally sound like ALL3.

  • A fresh visual identity that reflects how the business actually works today

  • A new logo that carries real weight, sitting confidently within the wider brand

  • A website that captures their approach clearly, for the clients they most want to reach

"Vicki skilfully facilitated our brand discovery sessions, using the right tools and questions to draw out our ideas and uncover the themes that mattered most. The result is a fresh visual identity we are delighted with, a new logo that represents us brilliantly, and a website that perfectly captures who we are today. Her experience, warmth and enthusiasm made the whole process a pleasure, and the outcome was even better than we had imagined."
